I love this. Fun is definitely overlooked. I’ve found cold showers help when fatigued/over-trained or when staying indoors a lot – also hot then cold works well for me. I combine mine with danceable songs.

Early morning sunlight is always a winner. During lockdown I found 3–4 10 minute fast-paced walks more beneficial than anything.
